People are here to learn to love freely and to live life abundantly and to its fullest. To be generous and kind to others. To be magnanimous, noble and caring souls.
It is important for us to support our families. Without our parents we would not be here. Without our children, we would not have a lineage to pass forward. We must also support other people and communities, and the entire world. We must do what we can to show our kindness, care and support for others.
We are all pieces of the whole. Whether it is God/The Universe/whatever else we decide to call it, we are a part of IT, and IT is a part of US. It is the universal force running through our veins and that which gives us life and sustains us.
We are here to find and follow our joy and our passions. We must do what is right and what is just as the law of karma/the law of cause & effect governs our lives. Love is a wonderful thing which we are, radiate and have the ability to experience.
The golden rule applies in that a person should do unto others as they wish others to do unto them. If we hurt others, we are really hurting ourselves. Therefore we must be just, fair, and always do the right thing, which is what our heart and intuition tells us is correct.
There is no issue with a person thinking what he/she wants, believing in whatever he/she wants, practicing whatever religion he/she wants and so forth, as long as this person is not harming another person.
Good and evil are relative. Good is kindness, benevolence, sweetness, warmth, peace, gratitude and love. Evil is hostility, anger, malice, and actions based upon those emotions.
By talking with and better understanding others, we can foster peace and harmony. Strife, injustice and other negative things in life show up in our lives for us to experience the opposite of good things. Through these experiences, we are able to understand experientially, the polar opposite situation from that which is good/positive, thereby giving us a reference point to work with, and a better understanding of both sides and where something in the middle might fall.
